It's Sunday, Feb. 28 and I have been able to pop my head up from a terribly busy month of January to try to keep this work moving forward. I am our board liaison and so far have not yet found a community member to co-steer, so in that spirit - today I have been working on a draft for (1) a proposal form (with an outline for proposal content/format), (2)potential criteria based on the brainstorming in January that I've put at the end of the proposal form, and (3) an in-progress report form. Frances and I thought that producing something to "tune" might help to move us forward a bit - that it might be easier to "tune" something rather than co-develop in the virtual realm. I'd love to set up a tuning session - either on-line or on the phone - anyone interested in that? Let me know! Thanks! Angela

Oops, I meant a busy February! :) See, it's a blur.... or it was...

I would love to help tune. Also, if you want to send me an outline for the proposal form, I could help flesh it out. I have written RFPs for intermediary organizations before.

i'm in on the tuning. if we wanted to electronically tune, we could use the www.teachersbridge.org, and online spot that Julie Moore set up for just such an occasion.

I am happy to help tune.

I just came from the Ethnography in Education Forum at U Penn where the second day is always devoted to Practitioner Inquiry and not one mention of any kind of CFG work. I was thinking about the SRI grants and lack of structures, vision, and intention around teacher inquiry, esp as related to research agendas.

I love hearing from you all so quickly! Thank you!! Here's a thought... what if I post the documents after our board call on Wednesday night (want to run them by Frances and board b/c of fiscal agent role/possible tax implications)... then we could do a round of you giving me feedback individually by email or here on forum by a certain date, then I'll re-work the documents and re-post and schedule a call so our call will focus on the better version/next generation of the documents and next steps? Ever grateful, Angela
